There are no bad days when you exercise – be consistent, find some form of exercise you really enjoy, take note of how you feel afterwards, mentally and physically.

As Chris states in the podcast, we can take up exercise at any age, not just for the beach body six-pack but as an insurance for our future health, that we will be able to carry those shopping bags, climb those stairs…… run a marathon? Who knows? Age is just a number.
