Experience & Philosophy
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is waking up each day
knowing I have the privilege of supporting my clients – both mentally and physically as we work together to achieve their fitness goals.
With over 20 years of experience training individuals, small groups and
teams, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and
abilities – from elite, world-class athletes to those taking their very first
steps on their fitness journey.
Coming from a sports family – my father was a professional baseball
player – I developed a love for athletics early in life. I’ve played and
competed in a wide range of sports, including baseball, basketball,
American football, volleyball, athletics, surfing, snowboarding,
skateboarding and climbing. I have even had the privilege of training
Team GB Athletics sprinters.
My training philosophy is straightforward: I design programs that fit
around the demands of your life, helping you feel stronger, move better,
and live with more confidence and energy. My passion lies in helping
you reach your goals, unlock your full potential and enhance your overall quality of life.
Whether you’re training like a Spartan warrior, balancing the demands of work and family, recovering from injury, or just beginning your fitness journey, I will be by your side, supporting you every step of the way.
